Delivery & areas

Across the Perth metro area, organised by weekday. Each suburb is served on one specific day: Monday — Inner Perth & Northern Tuesday — Eastern & North-Eastern Wednesday — Northern Perth Thursday — Southern & Coastal Check our delivery page to see the full postcode list per route.
Every postcode is mapped to a single delivery day. When you check out, we look up your postcode and show the next available run for your area. There's no daily Perth-wide run — concentrating each direction on one day keeps deliveries efficient and the cold chain tight.
All deliveries need at least 48 hours notice. Combined with our 8 am order cutoff, this means an order placed Monday morning before 8 am can land as soon as Wednesday (if your suburb is on Wednesday's route).
8 am local time. Orders placed after 8 am count as next-day for our scheduler. The exact next-available date for your postcode is calculated and displayed at checkout.
A flat fee per delivery zone, calculated automatically at checkout once you enter your postcode. The fee depends on the distance from our Riverton warehouse to your suburb.
We may still be able to help via special request. Call our hotline on 1300 318 766 or send a message through the contact page — we'll confirm whether your address is reachable and quote any extra freight.
We don't offer same-day delivery as a standard option — our routes are scheduled in advance with our supplier so we can guarantee freshness. For genuine emergencies, call the hotline and we'll see what's possible.
Standard delivery runs Monday to Thursday. Saturday and Sunday are not standard delivery days. If you need a weekend drop, send us a message and we may be able to arrange it as a special request.

Bulk orders

Any order of 20 kg or more. This threshold comes from our supplier — at that size, the order is prepped against the supplier's bulk cut schedule rather than the daily counter.
All orders already require 48 hours notice, so bulk orders follow the same lead time as standard orders. The system will tell you the earliest available date for your suburb at checkout.
Yes — get in touch before ordering and we can help you stage the deliveries across weeks so you have freezer space and freshness on your side.

Halal & quality

Yes. Every supplier we work with is independently certified by AFIC (Australian Federation of Islamic Councils) or ICCV (Islamic Co-ordinating Council of Victoria). We don't slaughter — we curate from certified sources.
Certificates are available on request. Email or call the hotline and we will send them across — including the supplier name for any specific product if you want to verify directly with the certifier.
Most cuts ship fresh, cold-chain throughout from supplier to warehouse to your door. Some seafood and specialty cuts are flash-frozen at the source — these are clearly labelled as "Frozen" on the product page and in your cart.

Ordering & account

An account is recommended — it lets you track orders, save addresses, manage subscriptions, and re-order in one click. Sign-up takes about 30 seconds.
There's no hard minimum — but smaller orders carry the same delivery fee as larger ones, so most customers find it worthwhile to stock up.
If your order hasn't yet been picked, yes — call the hotline on 1300 318 766 and we'll add the items and re-invoice. Once the order is on the truck we can't change it.
Call us or send a WhatsApp to 0452 081 531 before the prep window starts (the day before your delivery). After that, we may not be able to cancel as your portions have already been cut.

Payment

Three options at checkout: • Cash on delivery — pay the driver in cash at your door • EFTPOS on delivery — tap or insert your card at the door (Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS) • PayID bank transfer — we email BSB + PayID details; goods ship once funds clear
Cash/EFTPOS on delivery: at the door, when we arrive. PayID: before dispatch — we'll email you the BSB and PayID details after you check out.
For high-volume regular customers (restaurants, butchers, schools) we can set up account billing. Email the team to discuss.
Yes — all prices on the site are GST-inclusive. Your tax invoice arrives by email after checkout.

Subscriptions

Pick weekly, fortnightly or monthly when you add a subscribable product to your cart. We charge each delivery separately (COD or PayID) and you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account.
Every recurring subscription delivery includes a free 4-pack of grass-fed beef burgers — added automatically, no code needed.
Yes, anytime, from your account. Pause for a holiday, skip a delivery, or cancel without charge.

Issues & returns

Email hello@meatmart.com.au within 24 hours with a photo, or call the hotline on 1300 318 766. We'll arrange a refund or replacement on the next route to your suburb.
If anything is below the standard you'd expect, let us know within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — refund, replace, or credit toward your next order.
For food safety reasons we can't accept returns of opened or unopened meat once it's left our warehouse. If something is wrong with the product itself, the freshness guarantee covers you.
