Every order from MeatMart AU comes with our 24-hour freshness guarantee.
If anything you receive isn't up to standard:
- Take a photo within 24 hours of delivery
- Email hello@meatmart.com.au with your order number
- We'll refund or replace at our discretion — no return required for perishables
How we keep it fresh
- Sealed and labelled at the supplier
- Kept refrigerated through the chain
- Insulated liner + gel ice / dry-ice-equivalent for transit
- Hand-delivered same-day or next-day across the Perth metro
