Terms of service

By placing an order with MeatMart AU you agree to these terms.
1. Halal claim
We are a delivery service, not a slaughterhouse. We source from AFIC- and ICCV-certified suppliers and do not make any independent halal slaughter claim. Certification is independent and verified by the supplier.
2. Pricing and availability
Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing without notice. Items shown out of stock or on order may be substituted with prior consent.
3. Delivery
Perth metro: next-day for orders placed by 3pm Mon–Fri. Regional WA: by freight quote. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Damage in transit is covered for 24 hours from delivery.
4. Payment
Three options at checkout: Cash on delivery, EFTPOS on delivery, or PayID bank transfer. Bank-transfer orders are dispatched only after funds clear. COD orders are paid at delivery — refusal to pay forfeits the order.
5. Subscriptions
Recurring subscriptions ship at the cycle you choose (weekly / fortnightly / monthly) until paused or cancelled by you. Each delivery is invoiced or charged independently. The burger perk applies to every active subscription delivery.
6. Returns
Perishable goods are non-returnable. If a product arrives damaged, email hello@meatmart.com.au within 24 hours with a photo for a refund or replacement.
7. Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for consequential losses.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the latest version is always shown here.
