Halal offal — nutrient-dense cuts for traditional cooking
Offal has carried generations of household cooking — biryani, harees, nehari, kidney curries, slow-cooked tripe. We stock the full range across beef, lamb and mutton, all halal-certified and prepped to retail standards.
Cuts we keep
Beef honeycomb & scalded tripe, beef kidneys, lamb liver, lamb kidneys, lamb hearts, lamb tongue, mutton liver, mutton tripe. Each cut is vacuum-packed and labelled with weight at the warehouse before dispatch.
Nutritional note
Liver in particular is dense in iron, vitamin A and B12 — a few hundred grams a fortnight can do more for an iron-deficient diet than most supplements. Kidney and hearts give a similar profile at a lower price point.
