Lamb Leg Chops
Cut across the bone of the leg, lamb leg chops are essentially thick-cut steaks with a small round bone in the centre. Quick to cook, well-marbled enough to stay juicy on the grill.
How to cook: Salt 15 mins ahead, BBQ or grill 3–4 mins per side. Rest 3 mins. Serve with mint, lemon, yoghurt.
